Imagine creating a world of positive Karma! Karma is the integrated collection of negative and positive behaviors and actions which a person accumulates during their present and former lives. Hindus, Buddhists and some others believe that the amount and type of karma will determine a person’s state in this life or when they are reincarnated in their next life.
Do you believe in Karma and how do you understand it? If you don’t believe in Karma, what is your belief in regards to being accountable for your actions and behaviors?
Viewpoint 1: I do not believe in Karma. I believe in a Divine source which originates from love and I am experiencing human life to align with that love. I do not believe my Divine source would send me back to Earth to pay for behaviors in past lives. Karma brings up the question of polarities. Depending on the culture, what one culture sees as unlawful, evil or bad may be the opposite in another culture. Is Karma based on previous life laws or current laws? Who judges?
Viewpoint 2: I believe in Karma because I think it. I create it in my mind so it is my reality. I practice living a positive life of love to avoid negative Karma.
My point of view is that we are creating Karma all the time – it is the Law of Attraction. However, I do not put energy into the belief of Karma. I stay in a state of joy and bliss.
Where do we find joy? Joy, like all other emotions, whether negative or positive is a vibration or frequency. Guilt, fear and anger are all frequencies under 200. On the other hand, love, joy and gratitude are all frequencies over 500. Raising our vibration then, may be the key to experiencing joy. When the body’s energy, or frequency, is higher we are healthier in many ways.
The following is a list of suggestions for finding joy in your life. Ultimately, you must choose to be happy and joyous. You are the only one who can find reasons to feel good and experience joy. These may help get you started.
When you step outdoors see the beauty Mother Earth provides and be joyous. Really look at the flowers, plants and animals. Take a walk and look for nature’s beauty. Enjoy it.
Watch children – they seem to know the key to happiness. Joy seems natural to them as they sing, dance and play. It may be a good idea to play and have fun. Discover your inner child; see life through a child’s eyes.
Tune in to yourself. Take joy in making peace with whom and where you are. See the beauty of self. Acknowledge your divinity and live in appreciation.
All these actions tend to raise your emotional frequency. So, whatever it is that you find makes you feel good, happy and joyous, do it and do it often. You may find the feeling of joy comes to you easier as you practice it.

It is important to have confidence in all areas of your life. Spiritual confidence is a sense of absolute convictionwhich cannot be affected by external or internal change. It is:
From deep insight into your true self
A precious gift
Freely from your awakened heart & mind
Open to all who receive it
Spiritual confidence is your anchor in the midst of your busy life. It holds you firm through life’s experiences.
During our present time of changes, turbulence and fear – spiritual confidence provides a powerful resource. You become the warrior. You connect with others of like beliefs, reach out to community and become the helping hand.
You can see and feel this confidence in those who have embraced their spirituality and walk their path. Love and joy emanate from their depths, from their heart and seems to pour from them. They are very comfortable with who they are and what they have to share.
Developing spiritual confidence takes a commitment from and to your higher self. The following are good questions to ask yourself if you desire more confidence in your spiritual life.
Do your actions or behaviors follow your beliefs?
Are you open – listening for guidance?
Do you practice living in love and joy?
Are you using your gifts and talents to benefit yourself and others?
There is no right or wrong way when you are ready to take action to enlightenment or spiritual growth. You have the potential to develop your awareness. Humans seem to naturally seek that awareness in a variety of ways. You have the ability to personalize your spiritual growth by choosing from a wide range of ideas and tools. The most important thing is to take action. Try different things – what feels right for you?
Often people search their past, looking for what happened to them and why. They ask “Why am I the way I am”? It may be wiser to lovingly accept yourself as you are and move forward. Others may begin to move forward but overload on the massive amount of information available through books, classes and the internet. After feeling buried in the opinions of others they feel confused. Seeking and learning are good; however you must believe in and trust yourself. Choose what feels right for you.
Enlightenment does not mean a complete about-face to what you know and/or have grown up with. You need not set aside your fundamental religious beliefs unless you choose to do so. Many Lightworkers practice a formal religion as well as taking part in other spiritual activities. Think of your enlightenment as using your peripheral vision. Instead of looking straight ahead, you are opening yourself to experience self discovery and love!
There are several actions you can take to bring your spiritual life into focus. Here are just a few:
Tai Chi – slow, deliberate and focused body movement
Learn breathing techniques to increase energy flow
Regular periods of time set aside for meditation
So, do you need help coming up with techniques that work for you? I would be honored to guide you on this journey. I offer many different ideas and tips – just give me a call and schedule a Coaching Session. Remember – The most important thing is taking action!
